The film’s producer’s hometown Hyderabad is also where most of the film is shot. The actor strongly feels that what Kolkata was to Kahaani, Hyderabad is to Bobby Jasoos. She is keen to go back to the city as that is where it all began!
This story of a girl whose dream is to become a detective has a strong Hyderabadi flavour to it. Even the clothes and diction of the characters are borrowed from the city. Vidya simply wants to give back to it whats Hyderabad gave Bobby Jasoos!
