Ragini MMS 2 actor Saahil Prem has not only directed and written M.A.D– Mad About Dance but he is also playing the lead in this film. While the film was made four years ago, it will release this year on August 22. The trailer was released yesterday in the presence of ace choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan. While Farah and her close buddy Shah Rukh Khan have lent support to Saahil’s dance film, we aren’t sure if M.A.D will appeal to audience. In the trailer, you get to see Saahil who loves B-boying and therefore heads to Sheffield, UK coz that’s the mecca of popping and B-boying dance form. He decides to take on firangs and participates in a dance competition. Well, the story isn’t something new and though the Ragini MMS 2 actor can dance brilliantly, we’ll have to wait and see if that’s enough to pull in crowd to the theatres. Mad About Dance also stars Amrit Maghera and award winning hip-hop dancer Salah Benlemqawanssa.
Overall, the first trailer of Saahil Prem’s upcoming film is decent. It would have been better if there was more dancing in it. Anyways, Bollywoodlifers you check out the video and tell us what you think about M.A.D.
