Lovebirds Alka (Rashi Mal) and Siddhant (Kunal Thakur) are flying high in their own dreamy loveland. Little do they know that fate has a different plan for them?
Alka and Siddhant are madly in love with each other unlike most college sweethearts. Alka and Siddhant want to get married as soon as they finish college. However, their plans go awry when Alka’s family objects their relationship. Unlike most college sweethearts, they are very serious about their relationship and plan to get married soon. Coming from an orthodox middle class background Alka’s family object to the concept of love marriage.
But this does not get Siddhant and Alka’s morale down as they truly believe in being companions for life. They decide to take on a tough mission to fight for their love and convince Alka’s parents for marriage. That is when destiny defies all plans – shatters their dreams in a sweep. Alka meets with a horrible accident, slips into coma and life gets uncertain as her condition deteriorates.
