Popular rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh who’s a judge on singing reality show India’s Raw Star couldn’t shoot for one episode of the show, as the singer had recently injured himself while performing in United States for SLAM! The Tour.
However, Mr Singh managed to convince his friends from the movie business Abhishek Bachchan and music directors Salim-Sulaiman to play proxy judges onIRS.
Abhishek who was in US to promote his upcoming film Happy New Year with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone had returned to the city yesterday. Jr Bachchan not only appreciated the performances but also grooved on some peppy numbers sung by the contestants. Salim Merchant who also seemed to be in high spirits joined the contestants for an impromptu performance.
