After a certain age, many of us left the comfort of our homes and the protection of our parents to settle in another city or country. All’s well, till the realization of our parents ageing dawns upon us. There are so many people who live abroad but whose parents are here and making sure they are taken care of is quite a task.

Many people spoke out of experience and shared their guilt, worries, and solutions. There were some who explained that one has to come to terms with the fact that life moves on and parents have to be left behind in order for a person to move forward. However, one can arrange for various facilities for their parents while they are gone.
Some even shared how they moved back to India to live with their parents after a certain age.
A few even asked their relatives for help and had their finances sorted out.
