Priyanka Chopra born 18 July 1982 is an Indian actress, singer,
and songwriter. She was born to parents who were both army physicians.
Due to their frequent reassignments, she grew up in many different
cities in India, as well as spending a few years in the United States.
Before starting her acting career, she gained fame after winning the
Miss India and Miss World titles in 2000. Throughout her career, Chopra
has received many awards, including a National Film Award for Best
Actress and Filmfare Awards in four distinct categories.
