On the occasion of Holi, Anand L. Rai has released the first look poster of his upcoming bollywood movie Raanjhanaa starring Tamil superstar Dhanush in lead role with bollywood beauty Sonam Kapoor. Raanjhnaa is an upcoming 2013 Hindi romance film starring Kolaveri Di fame Dhanush & Sonam Kapoor in lead role. Have a look on the first look poster of Raanjhnaa!!!
Directed by Anand L. Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma, Raanjhnaa stars Tamil film actor Dhanush in his Bollywood debut and Sonam Kapoor in the lead roles. The film also stars Abhay Deol, Swara Bhaskar, Deepak Dobriyal and Mohammed Zeeshan in supportive role. Raanjhnaa is produced by Krishika Lulla under the banner Eros International. Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman was signed to compose songs and background score.
Actress Sonam Kapoor released the poster on Twitter saying,
“Guys this was just a teaser picture and holi greeting from team Raanjhnaa! The official look and theatrical (Trailer) will arrive soon!”
Actor Dhanush also updated his Twitter page with the poster,
“The official first look of Raanjhanaa. A beautiful journey. I took against all odds. Happy Holi.”]
Initially Mausam boy Shahid Kapoor and Dabanngg girl Sonakshi Sinha were signed as the lead pair for this movie but they were dropped out of the project for unknown reasons. Later on Tamil superstar Dhanush & Sonam Kapoor was signed on for the lead role.
The trailer of the Raanjhnaa will be released very soon & the film is scheduled to release on June 28, 2013.
