Sanjay Dutt was sentenced to six years imprisonment by a TADA court which was reduced to five years by the Supreme Court.
Earlier He was given four weeks extension on the grounds that he has to complete his shooting assignments and Rs 278 crore of the film industry was at stake.
Now, Sanjay Dutt will have to surrender latest by May 15 to serve 42 months in jail.
