Radio jockey, television host and Bollywood actor Mantra, who had entered Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 through a wild card, was eliminated in tonight’s episode. He impressed judges Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Karan Johar and Remo Fernandes with his first performance, but couldn’t gain popularity with the audience through subsequent episodes of the dance reality show.
After his eviction, Mantra said to a newspaper that he is not fit for reality shows. But he is okay with his elimination, as he already had an intuition this morning that he will be out tonight.
But his eviction left his fans sad and they expressed their feelings through Twitter, encouraging him with lines like “miss you…” and “just because you were eliminated doesn’t mean you’re a bad dancer…I thought you were one of the best on the show!! ” (Erica@LuvYaMaslow). Fans want to see Mantra dance in his films, too.
