Bollywood goes through several different time periods. In recent years it has been the masala action genre that has ruled over all the box office. However, more recently, the winds of change have blown and it seems that the era of romance has finally returned to Bollywood. Romantic movies have been doing a good business, earning critical acclaim, winning awards and winning hearts of the audience. Even action movies like Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobara are an important element of romance in them. Some action heroes have also noticed this change and are thinking of resorting to romance.
