A biopic based on the life of Apple’s CEO : Aseem Bajaj

B-Town’s well-known cinematographer Aseem Bajaj had a great time shooting for Jobs with Ashton Kutcher. He felt honored to work with the film’s Director of Photographer Russel Carpenter. Aseem said, “I had a beautiful time working with the film’s DOP Russel Carpenter, who has done the photography of James Cameron’s Titanic, and the film’s director Joshua Michale Sterns. It was a huge honour for me to work with such stalwarts. I am humbled.”
Aseem had to shoot portions showing Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs visiting India. Though Ashton was shocked looking at the maddening crowd in Old Delhi (his reaction very close to Steve Jobs’ reaction when he had visited India), Aseem said there were benefits of shooting with Kutcher. Bajaj said, “The upside about shooting here with a foreign movie star was that unlike an Indian star like Ajay Devgn who would normally be mobbed by at least 25 thousand crazy fans in a scenario like this … Surprisingly no one knew Ashton.”
Aseem Bajaj’s portfolio includes films like Bandit Queen, Chameli and Khoya Khoya Chand. We wish him luck for his latest stint with Kutcher!
