After winning the Femina Miss India Universe title in 2002, she was sent to contest for Miss Universe . Though she did not win the title, she was placed in the top ten beauties.
Dhupia made her Bollywood debut with Qayamat: City Under Threat in 2003 which got a descent opening at the box office. After this, she rose to fame in 2004 thanks to her bold performance in Julie. Then, she played a double role in Guddu Dhanoa’s Sheesha that bombed at the box office! Post Sheesha, Neha stunned the audience with her performance in films like Kyaa Kool Hai Hum and Shootout at Lokhandwala. She was also a part of a story in Dus Kahaniyaan, here she acted in Sanjay Gupta’s Strangers in the Night opposite Mahesh Manjrekar.
A little later, she finally tasted success when her performance was appreciated in films like Ek Challis Ki Last Local, Mithya, Maharathi, Singh is Kingg and Dasvidaniya. In 2012, Neha had made a special appearance in the Mallika Sherawat and Vivek Oberoi starrer Kismet Love Paisa Dilli.
Neha will be soon seen in Ungli which is being directed by Rensil D’Silva and produced by Karan Johar. The film also stars Emraan Hashmi, Sanjay Dutt, Randeep Hooda and Kangna Ranaut.
