Ranveer has been showering praises over his co-star ever since they started working together on Ram-Leela and now even Dippy has decided return his compliments. Read on to know why….
Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are coming together onscreen for the first time with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Ram-Leela. And we admit, DP’s chemistry with Singh is sizzling. But that’s coz Ram-Leela is an intense love story and when you work with a director like Bhansali then nothing is impossible – even creating oh-so-burning chemistry. Ms Padukone shared equally amazing chemistry with her ex-boyfriend in their last film together Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. In fact, just before the release of the film, the dusky beauty had only good things to say about the Kapoor lad. She even said that Ranbir was an amazing person to work and she shares different kind of comfort level with him. Even announced at events and interviews then that he was her favourite co-star!
However, after working with the flamboyant Band Baaja Baaraat actor, looks like Deepika’s preferences have changed. When she was quizzed in an interview about her pick when it comes to her co-stars Ranveer and Ranbir, the talented and very smart Dippy chose – guess who – not Ranbir, but Ranveer!This was indeed surprising considering that the Cocktail babe has always been diplomatic with tricky questions like this one. Ms Padukone certainly knows how to get you at the edge of your seat. But we thinks this is another part of her film’s promotions- makes total sense, hai na? After all, Ranveer and Deepika’s passionate chemistry has been the talk of the town for a while now, why not make the most of it. Even the Lootera actor swears by this strategy. Remember how he couldn’t stop gushing about Sonakshi Sinha during the release of Lootera and before that it was Anushka Sharma? We haven’t heard him say anything about Sona after that, right?
So if Ranveer has replaced Ranbir as Dippy’s favourite co-star or if she likes the former more than the latter, it hardly matters. Coz the statements will keep changing, with new films and new co-stars, wethinks! And while we’re sure about this duo’s on screen chemistry, anyone ready to bet
