Sonam Kapoor who is currently promoting her upcoming film Khoobsurat feels her dream of working in a Rajshri project has finally come true. Ms Kapoor who will soon be seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo opposite Salman Khan has grown up watching Hum Aapke Hai Kaun and Maine Pyaar Kiya.
Speaking about working opposite Salman in PRDP, the fashionista said, “I was in my teens when Vivaah released. I grew up on Hum Aapke Hai Kaun and Maine Pyaar Kiya. It’s amazing to be romanced by Prem.” Anil Kapoor’s beti also said that her character is pivotal to the film, like of the other heroines in Barjatya’s previous films. The Khoobsurat actress further said, “Female characters in all of Soorajji’s films are strong characters. Also, it’s always the men trying to woo the women, not the other way round.”
Meanwhile, Sonam also couldn’t stop gushing about working with the Dabangg Khan. The Bewakoofiyaan actress who is working with the superstar for the first time said, “I have already shot with Salman for 30 days for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. He’s extremely professional and has a high emotional quotient. He’s never rude or temperamental. He makes sure that everyone on the sets is taken care of.
