Akshay Kumar is in deep trouble. We say so because both his films – Baby andGabbar – are slated to hit the theaters on the same day in 2015. While the release date of Gabbar was announced long back by producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the makers of Baby have finalised the same date for their film as well. While talking to a leading tabloid, a source close to Akki said, “Gabbar’s makers had first announced January 23 as their release date. But now it turns out that Baby’s makers are looking at same date. With Akshay headlining the cast in both projects, it will be really difficult for him to promote these films. It makes sense for him to shift the release of one of his films or else they will eat into each other’s business.”
Apparently, the makers of Baby had even asked SLB to change the release date of his film. But the Bajirao Mastani director stuck to the original release date of Gabbar. So Akshay will clash with himself at the box office next year? Certainly looks like unless he convinces one of the makers to shift the release date
