Be it Angelina Jolie tying the knot with Brad Pitt or George Clooney’s marriage with Amal Alamuddin, we have witnessed tons of weddings this year. Oh and how can we forget the Kim Kardashian-Kanye West wedding in Italy? But there is no doubt that Salman Khan’s little sister Arpita’s shaadi with Delhi boy Aayush Sharma at Taj Falaknuma hotel in Hyderabad was the wedding of the year.
All thanks to a lot of wow factors: namely, Bollywood biggies Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and of course the Dabangg Khan himself, Salman Khan.
Also, Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Dharmendra and his wife Hema Malini, and David Dhawan were reported to have attended the wedding.
The celebrations kicked off with the baraat at 4:30 pm in the heritage hotel. The baraat included horses and two bands, one from Delhi and one from Hyderabad. It was be followed by the jaimalaand pheras. And as you can see in the pictures, the entire Khan-daan was on the seventh heaven while the wedding was going on. Though Arpita was really happy on being Mrs Sharma, but at the same time there were tears all over during her bidaai from the Khan family.
All said and done, Arpita’s wedding with Ayush was indeed the shaadi of the year. And we are sure you will agree with us.
