Salman Khan makes a grand entry dancing to his song Barso. After making adhamakedaar entrance Salman reveals that he always enters doing a “ganda sa dance” which he loves! While we don’t agree with Salman calling his dance bad, we definitely think that the the special song by Bigg Boss inmates prepared for the viewers was ”ganda sa”!
The Bigg Boss 8 song:
Gautam sings special song with other contestants which was off tune and boring (Salman rightly said) but we were surprised by Gautam’s singing talent! The other thing we liked about the song was it’s self-deprecating value and how the contenders acted out their personalities!
Salman calls Sonali Raut a “praani” from another planet because she seems unaffected by everything the other inmates think of her! Sonali takes it as a compliment instead and says that she thinks Salman called her a superhuman. Well, we don’t disagree with Salman thinking of Sonali as an alien!
After the song, Salman asks the Bigg Boss 8 contestants to perform a task for him which involves them sitting turn by turn on a chair and answer truthfully.
Ali’s doggy act:
First on the hot-seat is Ali Quli Mirza who is asked about who loves him the most in the house. As Ali’s friendship with Dimpy has recently soured, he names Puneet and Salman rags him a little about that! Salman even makes Pritam sing “Jab hum jawaan hon’gay’ to pull Ali’s leg. He also asks Ali his girlfriend’s name, a question Ali tries to dodge in every way possible! Then Salman asks who Ali thinks is the least deserving contender in the house. Mirza promptly names Karishma but when the latter tries to talk in her defence, Ali interrupts her by, well barking at her! The doggy act leaves everyone in splits, including Salman!
While on the Sach ki Kursi Ms Tanna calls Puneet an undeserving captain and a selfish contestants as he wants his “chele” to do well in the house, to which Pritam takes offence and later even has an argument with Tanna.
Diandra Soares’ undivided affection
While on the kursi, Diandra calls Gautam the hero of the house and Upen the better captain thus pleasing both the men. Well played, Dian!
Salman gives a sneak peek into unseen moments
Salman gives the viewers a sneak peek into the unseen action of the house. We see the rekindling of friendship between Gautam and Diandra. We are also shown Ali’s mimicry talent!
Salman asks who is like a dead-body in the house!
Salman asks the contestants who they think is the least entertaining contestant in the house and the inmates mostly name Sonali and Upen. Salman calls Ali the most entertaining contender in the Bigg Boss 8 house!
Salman finally declares that it is Nigaar Khan and not Sonali is evicted from the show. Once she comes out of the house Nigaar expresses her disappointment saying that she wanted to stay more but because of the groupism inside she didn’t stand a chance, to which Salman agrees. Nigaar reveals that she thinks Dimpy is being used in the house by P3G because she is naive and the moment they don’t feel she is important to them, she will be out of the house! We agree with Nigaar on that one!
Salman shows the freshly evicted Nigaar special footage of what the inmates think of her. She sees the true colours of Puneet and Gautam and is disappointed. Then Salman asks her who she think contributes the least in chores between Sonali and Upen. The name she decides will go straight for nominations this week!
While Nigaar is mulling over who to drop the bomb on Sonali starts pleading the she should be spared. Nigaar drops the bomb on Upen even though she calls him the “purest of all the other contestants” and she justifies her decision by saying that she doesn’t think that the house deserves Upen’s goodness!
Upen calls out Sonali’s BS
Right after getting nominated Upen reveals that even Sonali has said negative things about Nigaar. Salman says that Upen has taken the nomination to heart even though Nigaar didn’t mean to offend him.
An extremely hurt Nigaar tells Puneet how she is shocked to see that within a week of her entry in the Bigg Boss 8 house Puneet and Gautam developed negativity for her. But she gets more upset with Puneet for calling her crocodile tears and a drama queen. Puneet then engages in a verbal fight with her, which honestly looks petty on Puneet’s part. Gautam on the other hand keeps quiet.
Salman ends the episode with his signature “Do whatever you want!” We want you to tell us if you too like Gauahar Khan’s sister Nigaar think that Puneet Issar is a negative influence in the house.
