‘RAali’, as fans fondly call Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, are now man and wife. Putting all the speculations to rest, Alia took to social media and shared pictures from their intimate, ivory-gold-themed wedding and it was indeed a sight to behold.
Captioning the multiple pictures from their wedding, she wrote:
With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites.
Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special.

(@aliaabhatt)As anticipated, Alia became an elegant Sabyasachi bride and ditched the traditional lehenga and arrived at her wedding in a hand-dyed beige organza saree embroidered with fine tilla work. She also donned an embroidered handwoven tissue veil.
Her fine jewellery was from Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s heritage collection. Those uncut diamond necklace and earrings along with the royal-looking bangles and kadas made her look ethreal.
One can’t take their eyes away from the custom made kalires with clouds, birds and stars. Her blouse also had butterflies embroidered along with Ranbir’s lucky number ‘8’ on her wedding ensemble among the many intricate and heart-warming details in her look.
The number ‘8’ or infinity sign was also spotted on her mangalsutra just above the diamond pendant.
Skipping the tied hair and a floral bun, she went for a fresh look with open wavy hair and donned a bejewelled headband. Her Mehendi was also very minimal with floral motifs on just the palm and back.
She added multiple personal touches to her wedding ensemble and looked like a gush of fresh air in pastel colours, and minimal makeup. She also reportedly had her wedding date embroidered on the wedding outfit.
