The popular TV actor, who married business Ashwin Verma last year delivered a baby boy on August 25
Rupali Ganguly delivered her baby in Breach Candy hospital; though the doctors had told her that she might have to opt for c-section, luckily everything went smoothly and the actor had a natural delivery.
Rupali calls her son Krishna – ‘coz of the day he was born (Janmashtami) and on and since he looks a lot like his father. Ashwin has apparently not left her side and isn’t even allowing the new mommy go to her parent’s house because he wants to spend more time with the new family member. Rupali is over the moon, but more excited are her children from Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi, who call her up regularly to know about the little one.
The actor says, that the naming ceremony will be done when they bring home the Ganesh idol – it’s couldn’t be any more auspicious than that, right. Rupali is enjoying motherhood, and claims to have no plans to come back to TV yet. The move will happen, but for now she just wants to be a mother.
