The 4th Gionee Star Global Indian Music Academy Awards were held yesterday and here are the results
Ranveer Singh was seen hosting the 4th Gionee Star Global Indian Music Academy Awards. Not only was the Ram-Leela actor an entertaining host, but the evening was filled with performances by stalwarts from the music industry. Asha Bhosle paid a tribute to music legend RD Burman by performing on his famous songs like Mera naam shabnam, Dum maro dum, Gulabi chehra, Duniya mein and Aa dekhe zaraamong others. Ranveer’s Lootera co-star Sonakshi Sinha was also seen performing. Honey Singh and Mika entertained the crowd with their high notes. Aashiqui 2 walked away with 6 GiMA awards.
