Some relationships go a long way and testifying this proverb is Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan who will be seen pairing up again in makeup man-and-producer Deepak Sawant’s next Leader.
The rapport Deepak shares with the Bachchan’s is legendary and known to all. By far the makeup man turned producer has made four films and all of them have featured the Bachchan’s in major roles.
Leader is a political drama which will see Big B and Abhishek Bachchan’s mommy essaying the lead roles. Deepak has produced four films in the past that include Ganga Devi, Gangotri, Ganga and Akka. The upcoming venture is being directed by Abhishek Chadha. The film also features Pakhi Hegde and Gulshan Grover in main roles. The first look of this film was released on May 4 at a suburban five star venue in Mumbai.
